AnsrAI Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of the AnsrAI AI Phone Assistant services (“Service”). By subscribing, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI & Call Disclosure, each incorporated by reference:

If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Service.

1. Subscription and Payment Terms

1. Subscription Fees

   • You agree to pay all fees listed during checkout.

   • Fees are billed recurring monthly or annually as indicated.

2. Payment Method

   • You must provide a valid payment method (credit/debit card or other Stripe-supported method).

   • By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method automatically for recurring fees.

3. Changes to Fees

   • AnsrAI may change subscription fees with notice.

   • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated fees.

4. Refunds

   • Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

   • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

2. Service Use and Limitations

1. Permitted Use

   • You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.

   • You must obtain all legally required consent to record calls or process caller information.

2. Prohibited Use

   • No illegal, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

   • No emergency or life-critical situations.

   • No reverse-engineering, interference, or misuse of the Service.

3. AI Limitations

   • AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.

   • The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

   • You are responsible for independently verifying AI outputs.

3. Call Handling and Consent

• Calls may be recorded, transcribed, or analyzed.

• Customers are solely responsible for notifying callers and obtaining consent per applicable laws, including TCPA, telemarketing, and call recording laws.

• AnsrAI is not liable for your failure to comply with applicable laws.

4. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• AnsrAI may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or the TOS.

• Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Service content, technology, trademarks, and branding are owned by AnsrAI or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted in this Agreement and the TOS.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

• AnsrAI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• AnsrAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AnsrAI and its affiliates against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of this Agreement or the TOS

• Your failure to obtain proper call or data consent

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Disputes are subject to binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.

9. Agreement to Stripe Terms

• By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

• You acknowledge that Stripe is a payment processor only; disputes regarding payment are subject to this Agreement, the TOS, and Stripe policies.

10. Acceptance Confirmation (for Stripe)

By clicking “Subscribe” or completing payment via Stripe Payment Link, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to this Customer Agreement

2. You acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI & Call Disclosure

3. You authorize AnsrAI and Stripe to charge your selected payment method
